What most people don’t realize is that this industry has almost no real barrier to entry—and almost no real training. I know that because I’ve been there.
Over the years, I started building internal training to scale my own company—how to run multiple sales, how to train teams, how to remove myself from doing all the labor while still increasing revenue. That training didn’t just work inside my business. It’s helped launch over 60 estate sale companies, including operators in my own market.
