Jennarocity Estate Sales is expanding across the DFW metroplex, and we’re looking for dependable, hands-on independent contractors who love organizing, helping families, and discovering unique finds along the way.

How Contracting With Us Works

  • All team members are independent contractors (1099)

  • Work is project-based — you choose which sales to accept

  • Contractors provide their own basic supplies over time

  • Optional training is available to help you get started

Every contractor receives our Handbook and Best Practices Guide to support your success.


Project Roles

We are currently looking to fill two main positions:

General Contractor

  • Works setup days + sale days

  • Handles staging, organizing, pricing, and customer interaction

  • Paid a percentage of the total net sales

Sale Support Staff

  • Works sale days only (Thu–Sat)

  • Assists shoppers, maintains order, answers questions

  • Paid per diem


What We Look For

We need contractors who are:

  • Reliable, positive, and adaptable

  • Comfortable working independently

  • Customer-friendly and professional

  • Able to research items using a smartphone

  • Physically able to lift, carry, and move items

  • At least 18 years old with valid ID

A background check may be required.
